This program includes weekly 45 minute check in phone or video sessions where you will learn what to eat for your unique body and blood type, when to eat for quickest results, why you eat the way you do and how to change your habits so these new skills stick with you for a lifetime.   Coach Kela will walk you through each step of the “getting to know you stage” of the relationship. This new learning curve requires time and practice but Coach Kela is here to guide through every step of the way, including each challenging craving that may arise. Each program schedules a weekly check in with each other via call or video chat. We will review your progress, monitor your food & exercise and make any needed adjustments.
