I am so excited to bring you 4 fresh new programs for 2019. These programs will help you to get into the best shape of your life inside and out, help you to balance your hormones, or help you conceive a healthy baby. When I was thinking about what I wanted to concentrate on in 2019, I did tons of research, self-reflection, and meditating. One thing kept coming back to me, women don’t get enough support. We are expected to do it all. Leaving me to question, who has our back, who shows us how, who encourages us when we fall off track and who can we talk to about our struggles? That is where my programs and guidance come in. These four programs will be game changers in your life and in the lives of your loved ones. Get ready for the ride of your life.


Program one- 28 day re-set

This re-set is a pathway to release toxins and excess bloat from your tissues, reset your digestive system and renew your baseline of wellbeing in 28 days or less. This is a guided program that takes the guess work out of the what, when, how and why when it comes to eating and re-setting. During these 28 days you will be eating a diet rich in whole foods and eliminating anything that causes inflammation so you can heal from the inside out so you can lose a little weight (average is up to 10lbs), cut belly bloat, gain a LOT of energy, have clearer skin, have deeper sleep, discover food sensitivities and SO much more.


Program two – 120 day weight loss program

In this program I will customize a program just for you based on your body and blood type and teach you how to eat whole food nutrition, what exercises to do, show you how to de-stress, sleep better and turn all of these new lifestyle changes into healthy habits that last so you can finally lose weight and keep it off for good.


Program three

120 day hormone imbalance- So many women come to me with issues of hormone imbalance. These key systems in our body regulate everything from fatigue to hair loss to weight gain to depression or anxiety literally EVERYTHING! If they become out of balance you will experience all of these horrible symptoms and sometimes reversing them are as easy as adding or eliminating certain foods and lifestyle habits from your daily life. This program will guide you how to do this in a way that is fun and sustainable.


Program four- 120 day infertility

The most meaningful program of them all because I personally struggled with unexplained infertility for over a year. This program will show you exactly what you need to do and don’t need to do in order to create an optimal environment to conceive a healthy baby and pregnancy. Sometimes it is as simple as adding or eliminating a certain food but many times it is a complex puzzle that needs to be decoded by me so that you can concentrate on mentally and emotionally preparing to be a mom.
