Coach Kela will walk you through each step of the “getting to know you stage” of the relationship. This new learning curve requires time and practice but Coach is here to guide through every step of the way, including each challenging craving that may arise. Each program schedules a weekly check in with each other via call, video chats and through our mobile coaching app. Each week the client and Coach Kela will schedule a 45 min check in either by phone or video to review your progress, monitor your food and exercise and make any needed adjustments.
